My tracking shows “Label created”
This means your package is being prepared and will start moving once it’s picked up by the carrier. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.
Tracking hasn’t updated in a few days
Carriers sometimes scan packages in batches. If there’s no update for 5+ business days, please contact us.
My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it
Please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll assist.
