5. Customer-Provided Content
When you submit photographs, artwork, text, names, or other materials to Netecom for personalization or production, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and submit that content.
You agree that your submitted content will not knowingly:
- Infringe another person's intellectual property rights.
- Violate applicable laws.
- Contain unlawful or fraudulent material.
- Be used to request products for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of your submitted content.
You grant Netecom and its production and fulfillment partners a limited right to use the submitted content solely as necessary to process, produce, fulfill, ship, and support your order.
6. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Netecom has accepted the order.
We reserve the right to:

- Correct pricing or product information errors
- Refuse transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Because some products may enter production shortly after an order is received, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on product type, destination, order details, and fulfillment requirements.
Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Estimated transit time after shipment is:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 7–16 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should generally be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Personalized and custom products generally cannot be returned due to change of mind or personal preference.
When an approved refund is processed, please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
