Order Adjustment/Cancellation

Once you have completed your order, you can make adjustments to its details by contacting us at support@netecomus.com within 24 hours. After this 24-hour period, the right to modify or cancel your order will expire, and it will proceed to production.

Please note that personalized items cannot have their designs altered once the order is finalized. Additionally, you cannot change the product type or quantity of items in a discounted order.

If you need to make these changes, please contact us to cancel the existing order, and then you can place a new, revised order.

Refund Policy

All of our artworks are meticulously created and overseen by a qualified design team, tailored to your preferences.

For precise delivery details, including GPS location, please contact your carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx).

We aim for your satisfaction with our services. If your product is flawed or not as described, please reach out to us at support@netecomus.com. We will provide a replacement or refund to resolve the issue.

Please note that returns and refunds will not be issued for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses, absences, security issues at the delivery location, or theft, provided the shipping carrier confirms delivery. If you refuse to accept the delivery, a refund will not be issued.

Refunds or replacements are not available for dissatisfaction related to apparel sizing or colors. We encourage you to review our sizing charts on the product pages within 24 hours of your purchase.

Fully Refund

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we do not exchange or refund items unless they have a major problem.

We will provide a full refund (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee) or send a replacement if your order meets the criteria below:

  • Your order does not arrive at your shipping address within 45 business days of order placement. However, please note that any claims on late delivery filed after 60 business days from the initial date of order placement will be rejected.

With our policy, within 31 days of you receiving the item, you can request a refund or a replacement in the following cases:

  • Design errors/wrong order: Completely incorrect design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
  • Bad quality: blurry image/print.
  • The package is lost /damaged during shipments.
  • Order was sent to the wrong address.
  • The package was returned to the sender because an invalid address was provided.
  • The order arrived with one or more items missing.
  • Other errors caused by our production. When encountering these unfortunate incidents, please email us about the problem (including actual product pictures and labels for proof) to get timely support for refund or return requests. We encourage you to receive a new replacement for the defective product and you do not even need to return the defective product to us.

Your order has an issue of inadequate quality. Please note that any claims related to quality issues or garment defects must be filed within 31 business days from the date of receipt with full of clear evidence as below:

  • Photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;
  • Photo(s) of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color/design from original order);
  • Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order);
  • Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

You can submit your evidence via email to support@netecomus.com. Our Customer Care Department will review and process your case. If appropriate, our customer service team will assist you with a replacement or refund.

After a careful check on your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within 07 business days of refund confirmation. In the next 24 hours (from the time of receiving the email/SMS requesting to Cancel the customer’s order), our Customer Care Department will confirm the details with the order on your email and we will issue a full refund for this order within 48 hours after that, and follow the return policy of the payment gateways that Netecom is integrating. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Policy

There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Items purchased from Netecom are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Please note that if you return your item without our request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return. Thus, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us via support@netecomus.com within 31 business days of order delivery to explain your grievance. Our customer service will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

If the issue is significant, we reserve the right to either replace the product or offer a refund within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, the customer may continue to use the product until the resolution is provided.

  • We offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased during sales or promotions.
  • We will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • We will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately when we check your items have full conditions of refund policies. You don’t need to return your items. The time of receiving your replacement item is the same as the time of shipping new products.

Time and Method of Refund

After reviewing and accepting your refund request, we will process your refund within 7-10 days. The method of receiving your refund will match the payment method used for your order at Netecom.

Disclaimers

Any required information or documentation related to your order must be provided by you. Failure to submit the required information or providing false details may result in suspension or termination of your customer account.

We are not responsible for any damage, claims, or liabilities arising from used or stored products. The risk of order loss transfers to you once your order is delivered to the carrier.

We are not liable for losses or delivery failures due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or package refusal. Ensure your information is correct before checking out. Contact us promptly if you find mistakes in your order confirmation.
