Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for the shipping email. You can also contact us and we’ll help you locate it.

We make each order to order.

  • Processing time: 5 business days
  • US shipping: 7–14 business days
  • International shipping: 7–16 business days

Note: During holidays or high-demand seasons, delivery may take a bit longer.

Common questions

My tracking shows “Label created”

This means your package is being prepared and will start moving once it’s picked up by the carrier. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Tracking hasn’t updated in a few days

Carriers sometimes scan packages in batches. If there’s no update for 5+ business days, please contact us.

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it

Please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll assist.
